Welcome to Impact Edge Marketing LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital service packages, or initializing a project with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. B2B Service Provision
Impact Edge Marketing LLC operates as a Business-to-Business marketing consulting and digital asset development firm. Services, including CMS topology, web deployment, brand architecture, and media telemetry, are provided to commercial enterprises and independent startup businesses.
2. Intellectual Property & Deployment
All code bases, visual layouts, branding assets, and marketing infrastructures remain the intellectual property of the Company until project milestones are completed and invoices are settled in full.
3. Payment Terms & Authorization
Client agrees to pay the fixed investment fee outlined in their customized Statement of Work. Client certifies that the credit card or banking instrument utilized belongs directly to the Client, or that the Client has been granted express corporate authorization to charge the funds.
4. Absolute Chargeback Waiver
By completing a transaction, Client acknowledges that development resources are instantly assigned. Client hereby waives all legal and financial rights to initiate a credit card chargeback, card reversal, or transaction dispute with their financial institution. Any merchant dispute initiated in violation of this section shall entitle the Company to immediate recovery of all collection costs and attorney expenses required to overturn the dispute.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee specific commercial revenues, startup profitability, or traffic metrics. Client assumes 100% liability for their own business operations and regulatory compliance.
6. Mandatory Arbitration & Venue
Any unresolved dispute shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, applying the governing corporate laws of the State of Washington.

Cancellations must be submitted by email or phone. Charges will appear on your card statement as Impact Edge Marketing or the merchant descriptor provided at checkout. Services are digital services; no physical shipping method applies unless separately stated in a written agreement.
